In 2018 we renewed the global ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for our quality management system, which means an improvement in our processes to adapt them more clearly to the strategy and our business reality.

 

The certification standard for management systems such as ISO 9001, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), helps an organization to better control its processes, for the benefit of customers, stakeholders and the environment. Standards assess the quality of an organization’s processes, not the products or services the processes create.

ISO 9001 provides guidance for quality management. This relates to all the tasks an organization undertakes to meet requirements and ensure customer satisfaction, while making continuous improvements in the efficiency of its operations.
